Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the United Charter Jetcard service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Jetcard Membership

The United Charter Jetcard is an invitation-only private aviation program. Membership benefits include:

• Guaranteed aircraft availability as specified in your selected program tier
• Access to our curated fleet of premium aircraft
• Fixed hourly rates as outlined in your membership agreement
• 24/7 concierge service for all travel arrangements

Booking and Cancellations

All flight bookings must be made through your dedicated client portal or through our 24/7 concierge service. Cancellation policies vary by program tier:

• Essential Jet Card: 48 hours advance notice for full credit
• Executive Jet Card: 24 hours advance notice for full credit
• Enterprise Jet Card: Custom terms as agreed

Payment Terms

Jetcard programs require annual prepayment in full before travel commences. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes and fees, including VAT, are the responsibility of the member.

Liability

United Charter Services CC operates under ARGUS Platinum and Wyvern Wingman safety accreditations. Our liability is limited as specified in your membership agreement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws, including POPIA.
